Every year, the International Forum Arctic: Today and the Future named after A. N. Chilingarov summarizes the results and sets the agenda for the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and international cooperation in the Arctic in the course of an open dialogue.

The event annually brings together more than 2,000 participants, including representatives of federal and regional authorities, backbone companies, and enterprises in the industrial, transport, financial, and service sectors. It also attracts developers and manufacturers of innovative technologies, as well as scientific, educational, and public organisations, and the media.
