Submission of a Participation Request Form

To take part in the XIV International Forum Arctic: Today and the Future, please fill in a participation request. Once submitted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address provided to ensure that your request has been received.

Review of the Request

Your request will be reviewed by the Forum Organising Committee. The processing time may vary for each applicant. If your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that you are officially registered for the Forum. Participation is only possible after receipt of the registration confirmation.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse any request without explanation.

Withdrawal from Participation

If you have received an invitation but do not intend to attend the Forum, or if your registration has been confirmed but you have changed your mind, please inform the Organising Committee manager responsible for your participation.

Substitution of a Participant

Substitution of an attendee is only possible with the approval of the Forum Organising Committee. If you have already confirmed your presence at the Forum but are unable to do so, please contact the Organising Committee Manager to discuss the delegate substitution process.
