The deadline for collecting proposals on the topics of the speeches is November 15, 2023.

To make a speech in the business programme of the XIII International Forum «Arctic: Today and the Future», please fill out a request for participation with a speech.
Your request to make a speech will be considered by the Forum Organizing Committee. The period of consideration of the request is individual for each speaker.
Speaking with a report is provided only after the Organizing Committee confirms that your speech is included in the business program of the Forum.
The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to participate in the events of the Forum to the person who submitted the application, without explanation.
